PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU ARE RETURNING ANY ITEM
In the event that you receive damaged goods or we supply any incorrect items, these must be returned to us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to assess any goods returned for quality reasons.
We will refund the postage for faulty goods or goods sent in error, at the cost of royal mail 2nd class
recorded delivery charges.
You can return unwanted goods you have ordered from us.
The costs of returning unwanted goods to us shall be borne by you and must be sent by Royal mail 2nd
class recorded delivery Please include your order number with your return and in any other correspondence.
The right to return unwanted goods as referred above will not apply in the following circumstances:
  • in the event that the product has been used or tampered with
  • in the event that any packaging or labels have been removed from the product
  • ANY FREE GIFT MUST ALSO BE RETURNED UNUSED WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM
